Remembering Malia Jusczyk: A Radiant Presence

Malia, a radiant presence in the PAL, Plainville, and KP Pride community, will forever be cherished in our hearts. Her competitive spirit, joyful nature, and unwavering determination left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Even as she bravely fought cancer twice, Malia lived life to the fullest, never taking anything for granted.

Malia's passion for life and her unwavering dedication to her pursuits were unmatched. She inspired teammates and opponents alike with her infectious energy and warm smile, forging lasting friendships both on and off the field. In every moment, Malia's zest for life shone brightly. Her ability to find joy and gratitude in even the simplest things taught us the importance of embracing each day with enthusiasm.

As we reflect on the time we had with Malia, we are filled with gratitude. We honor her memory by embracing the lessons of resilience, gratitude, and friendship that she so beautifully demonstrated. Let us come together as a community to remember and celebrate Malia's extraordinary spirit. May she rest in peace, knowing that her legacy will continue to touch lives and inspire others to make the most of every opportunity.

In memory of Malia and to further the fight against childhood cancer, the KP Pride Program has established a team to run this Sunday in the Race to Crush Cancer!, led by our 18U team. We urge you to consider supporting this cause as a way to show our unwavering support for Malia and the Jusczyk family by donating today. Rest peacefully dear Malia!
