It's a bittersweet day for the KP Pride Softball community as we bid farewell to our incredible 2024 seniors! This amazing group of athletes has been playing together since their earliest days of rec softball, creating unforgettable memories and countless victories along the way.
Today, Sunday July 28th, we celebrate their exceptional accomplishments both on and off the field. We're incredibly proud of all they've achieved and excited to see what the future holds for them.
Delaney Benevides will continue her softball career and pursue her academic dreams at MIT, a goal she set for herself in 8th grade!
Jordan Bennett will join her sister, Mia, at Salve Regina University, where she'll continue to shine on the softball field.
Ava Kelley is headed to Endicott College, where she'll reunite with former KP Pride teammates Paige Berdos and Emme Sheehan.
Taylor Regan will be attending Bentley University, joining another KP Pride alum, Ava Lanza, on the Falcons softball team.
Maddie Paschke will be taking her talents to Bowdoin College, where she'll excel both academically and athletically.
Sydney Burch has made the selfless decision to transition from player to coach this year, making a significant impact on the 12U team's success. She will be attending Virginia Tech.
These young women have left an enduring legacy on our program. We also owe a huge thank you to the families of these amazing young women for their unwavering support. Without them, none of this would be possible. Let's show our support for them and their families by cheering them on today!
The 18U Gold team plays at the PAL on Watters field at 2:30 PM and 4:15 PM.
